Dennis J. Eisinger is a founding member and managing partner of Eisinger Law. Over the course of four decades, he has earned a reputation as one of Florida’s most respected experts in condominium, homeowners’ associations and co-op law, representing an extensive roster of community associations statewide. He and his firm also have built a successful real estate and corporate law practice, representing developers, financial institutions and private equity clubs on a variety of matters.
As a Board Certified Specialist in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar, Mr. Eisinger stays on the cutting edge of real estate law as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida’s School of Law since 2005, teaching Condominium and Community Development Law to second- and third-year law students. He is a frequent speaker on issues affecting community associations and planned developments and has been a lecturer for The Florida Bar, the University of Miami Institute on Condominiums and Cluster Development, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Real Estate Management, the Aventura Marketing Council, and other organizations.
Mr. Eisinger is certified by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to provide continuing education programs to Community Association Managers and is also licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a certified education provider to teach a Community Association Board Certification course to new board members.
Mr. Eisinger received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration specializing in Real Estate and Accounting, with High Honors, from the University of Florida. He then went on to study law at the University of Florida’s School of Law, earning his J.D. in 1980 and he was admitted to The Florida Bar that year. Mr. Eisinger is a longtime member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property and Probate and Trust Law Section. He also is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest ranking bestowed by that organization in its evaluation of lawyers and law firms.
In addition to providing general legal representation to community associations, Mr. Eisinger has worked for many years with institutional lenders on community association loans. This experience has shown him that loans from a private lender can often be a beneficial alternative for associations, offering direct and expedient underwriting, avoiding bureaucracy, and competently analyzing relevant vs. irrelevant underwriting criteria. Accordingly, Dennis and his wife, Debby, decided to launch Community Association Lending, LLC (“CALL”), with the mission of providing thoughtful and expeditious evaluation of all community association loan applications.
